People gather at the exit where an Arizona man was caught wandering and later committed suicide

Arizona resident Nautica Malone died by suicide after being caught red-handed at a coffee shop. The incident reportedly occurred on January 11, 2025, after Malone visited the Bikini Beans Coffee drive-in in Tempe, Arizona.

As seen in viral videos, the coffee shop manager who recorded the eventapproached him near his car when he discovered he was not wearing pants. After leaving the location, he traveled to Goodyear, Arizona, where he took his own life by pulling the trigger.

However, a few weeks after his death, a tribute ceremony was held at the auto shop. X account FearBuck shared a video of the ceremony, where a handful of people gathered with posters featuring photos of Malone. At the end of the movie someone said:

“When I say ‘say his name,’ you say ‘Nautica.’ Say his name!”

The crowd then shouted “Nautica” and the slogans were repeated three more times. As explained in the comments below the post, the funeral service was called “The Gooneral.” Participants were asked to bring flowers and candles to the venue. A service honoring Malone was held on January 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Piece by Heritage mentions that he was married to Victoria Malone and had two children, Nahlia and Vaughn Malone. He worked for four years in a company offering packaging solutions. Malone is survived by his wife, children and brother Ricco.


According to reports, the Arizona man’s family contacted the cafe after his death

In viral videos, the manager greeted Malone with “Hi, how are you?” before asking if he had visited the store yet. When he confirmed, his facial expression suggested he noticed he was being recorded. The employee then told him to leave, saying his behavior was unacceptable, and instructed someone to call 911.

Police said Malone’s family later confronted the cafe’s staff, and TMZ reported that she acted aggressively toward the staff. This event was called “gokillerTolleson police are reportedly investigating the incident. Following the death of the Arizona man, Bikini Beans Coffee released a statement on X, saying:

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim’s family at this difficult time. It was an unfortunate and tragic situation. As a company, the safety of our employees is always our top priority. In this case, an individual decided to commit a crime at one of our locations. We take incidents like this very seriously and remain committed to protecting our team and maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Thank you for your continued support.”

A similar incident occurred at a cafe in 2023, when 24-year-old Raul Mena exposed himself to the barista while ordering a drink. According to a report by Arizona’s familyhe handed her a $20 bill, and when she reached for it, she noticed inappropriate behavior. Mena was later arrested after being identified from surveillance footage.
