Albuquerque, Nm – the judge convicts the former metropolitan detection guard who accused the allegations of allegedly killing Guadalupe Maldonado with his vehicle.

Christopher Facey stood before the charge of the second degree murder, the murder of the vehicle and consciously leaving the place of the accident, which caused great bodily damage or death. In accordance with the court files, Facey pleaded guilty consciously leaving the accident site.

According to the criminal complaint, Facey met with his wife Maldonado, with whom he had allegedly been in an affair for two and a half years. Investigators said they were sitting in a black truck, parked in the parking lot, when Maldonado and his friend came to the parking lot and confronted her.

In her statement, the witness said that she told Facey to leave. Then, before she could leave the truck, Facey started riding and allegedly ran over Maldonado when he stood in front of the truck with his hands in the air.

Maldonado’s wife and his friend took him to the hospital, where he later died. A day later, the police caught up with his face and arrested him.
