-36-year-old Beaux Michael Duvall Jr. He was accused of Becker’s District Court of the District Court of the District Court of a second degree crime with a dangerous weapon and a third degree crime.

According to court files, on July 31, 2024, Duvall allegedly stabbed a man in his chest, after he confronted him and began the fight, hitting him in the face when the man arrived to throw the child in the residence in Detroit Lakes.

Several neighbors witnessed a fight that took place outside. The police talked to a man in a hospital, where he was treated for pierced lungs, in accordance with a criminal complaint.

In a separate case, Duvall is also accused of first -degree drugs and drugs of the fifth degree.

According to court files, on February 19, 2024, Duvall – which was the subject of ongoing investigation in the case of drug trafficking – was detained for exceeding speed on the 34 highway in Becker.

After a special agent with the West Central Minnesota task -based drug group came to stop and spoke to him, Duvall produced a folding sandwich layer containing over 25 grams of light pink feentanyl and about 2.5 grams of white cocaine.

The deposit or bond for Duvall has been set at USD 50,000 without release conditions, and the bond was set at USD 20,000 or a cash deposit of $ 2,000, with the conditions of exemption that do not include drinking or using drugs and without contact with the victim.

Duvall’s subsequent dissertations are a settlement conference on April 9. If the agreement is not reached, the trial will be set on April 15 before the Gretchen D. Thilmony Regional Judge.

Osage Man accused of persecution and assault

Joseph Alexander Pitts, 25, from the rural Osage, was accused in the Becker District Court of persecution of a crime, two cases of a national assault offense and one number of home offenses.

According to court files, on December 28, 2024, investigators at the Sheriff’s Office BECKER went to check a woman who, according to the witness, feared that she would be hurt or killed.

The woman told the witness that she would “kill me.” At the arrival, the woman told the investigators that Pitts attacked her. She also said that she has been in a relationship with Pitts for almost a year, but in the last few weeks he became physically abuse.

When the investigator talked to Pitts, he denied the attack of a woman. But investigators saw that he had black and blue traces on his face. The woman said that these signs were caused by Pitts who hit her the previous day, December 27. The woman also had bruises on her shoulder. Which, as she said, were caused by Pitts throwing her on the wall that day, December 28.

Pitts refused to drink, but the PBT test showed that it has a 0.8 BAC level.

On December 30, an order was given to Pitts without court contact to protect a woman. Apparently, he called her from prison three times, once only three hours after the order was given without contact.

According to court files, Pitts has an earlier sentence for a crime for a first-stage assault to a 5-month-old child, and the prison sentence was performed for this crime.

On January 3, the deposit or bond without conditions was set at $ 35,000. A cash bond or deposit was set at USD 25,000, with conditions that do not cover contact with a woman, without her place of residence and lack of drinking or drug use.

On January 16, after the hearing, the deposit was ordered to stand as previously determined.

Detroit Lakes Man convicted of assault to his nephew

Donald Conrad Kramer, 44, from Detroit Lakes, was convicted in the District Court of Becker for a national crime by suffering.

Finding a national fee for national assault has been abandoned under an allegation agreement.

According to the court files, in the evening of July 30, 2024, MPs of the Becker counties responded to a national assault report in Detroit Lakes. They learned that Kramer strang his nephew after he grabbed his throat and squeezed him to such an extent that he became bright and tried to breathe. The assault took place during a quarrel after Kramer woke up at the house of a relative who was in the hospital and refused to help other relatives in cleaning the house.

The nephew called Kramer “B —-“, to which Kramer replied: “Call me B ——– and I will come to you or the club.” The nephew called the Kramer “B —–” again, and Kramer approached him, throwing a blow, but he missed and hit a relative who was also at home.

Then he grabbed his nephew’s throat. Two women finally separated the Kramer from the victim, and then called at 911.

Kramer was previously convicted of national assault in November 2018 and a violation of the protection order a month later. At the time of charging, he had a home assault against another person.

On November 26, the Becker District District Judge, Gretchen Thilmonony, remained imposed on the sentence, successfully completing the trial period to make a conviction about the offense.

Kramer was ordered to take 67 days in prison, with a loan for 67 days.

He was told not to drink or use drugs and finish a comprehensive assessment; counseling/home treatment; training of cognitive skills; and diagnostic assessment and follow all requirements and recommendations, including care after passing for everyone.

For three years he was placed on a supervised trial period.
