The investigative officer asked for a two -day extension of police care, stating that the team was in Calcutta and is waiting for further details. However, the judge rejected the application and advised the officer to appeal to the BNS Act, noting that if necessary one could look for care at a certain period.
Strong oral, physical evidence: police
“There is strong oral, physical and technical evidence against Shariful Fakir This will persist in court, “said an additional police Commissioner (West Region) Paramjit Singh Dahiya on Tuesday.
Dahiyi’s comments appeared among the speculation about Fakir’s identity after asking questions about the fingerprint samples from the Khan residence, which do not match the accused.
