Chicago (WLS) – Six people were injured, one critically, in a disaster in the West Ridge district on Thursday morning, the police in Chicago informed.

The disaster took place around 12:16 in 6300 North Albany Avenue.

The police said that the yellow sedan disregarded the road signal and hit the black SUV at the intersection of Albany and Rosemont.

The police said that the 14-year-old passenger in SUV was transported to the hospital of St. Francis in critical condition.

The police said that three others in SUVs, a 56-year-old man, a 48-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl, were transported to hospitals in good condition.

The 25-year-old man leading the sedan was transported to the hospital in good condition, and the 17-year-old passenger refused medical services.

The police said that the sedan driver would receive quotes.
