One E -Mail, obtained and reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Thibault communicated with a subordinate agent on February 14, 2022.
Thibault said: “Here is the project of the opening language we discussed” and joined the material that would later become part of the special adviser Jacek Smith.
Another E -Mail, sent by Thibault on February 24, 2022 to the prosecutor in the American office of the Prosecutor of the Colombia District, John Crabb, states: “I had a discussion with the team of cases and we believe that there is a prediction that should be taken into account, the former president of the United States Donald J. Trump as the subject in question. ”

The sixth E -Mail, from April 11, 2022, shows Thibault approving the opening of Arctic Frost, and the next E -Mail, on April 13, 2022, comes from the FBI agent to Thibault, stating that the deputy director of the FBI approved his opening.
Another E -Mail checked by Fox News Digital shows that Thibault sends E -Mail an official of the Doj, John Crabb, notifying him that the election case was approved.
