Leo Ross Stabbing: The accusations of assault fell against the accusation of murder

The authorities abandoned two out of six charges of assault against a 14-year-old boy accused of murdering 12-year-old Leo Ross in a stab at Birmingham at the beginning of this month.

The accused, which cannot be mentioned because of his age, originally met with two allegations of attachment on police officers on November 26, as well as a lot of other accusations of the assault plus the murder of Leo.

But he was not obliged to attend the court in Birmingham Magistrates on Thursday, where a two -minute trial approved a request for a crime for young people for “disposal” of allegations related to November.

The boy is to appear in the Crown Court in Birmingham on April 22 to take part in the allegations of murder with an article and the other four assaults.
