The Holts Summit man was accused of using children, accused of using a change to punish a teenager.

Callaway’s deputy Sheriff Callaway stated in court documents that the Police Department at Jefferson City contacted him.

The witness told officers that the 13-year-old was wearing a large number of bruises and on his legs.

JCPD and the Division of Children of Cole Cole talked to a woman who said she punished her child with her hand, but it began to hurt her.

On Wednesday, January 29, the victim said that instead of Caleb Thompson would hit him with a switch.

He said on January 25, 2025, Thompson hit him 20 times with a switch.
