A man accused on Christmas Eve, a murder related to 2 other attacks, statements give statements

Prison documents indicate that Rowe was accused of murder.

The BEXAR County judge has set the Rowe bond for a murder fee of USD 250,000 and USD 200,000 for the number of tightened assault by a deadly weapon.

The referee also imposed special conditions on the duty if he was tied. These conditions are having or using a firearm, as well as full stopping of the house with GPS.
