The return of the indictment was announced on Friday.

According to the press release, court documents reveal that Simonca was caught while the secret FBI agent conducted a secret surgery at Jacksonville. The agent tried to identify adults “trying to encourage a minor child to get involved in sexual activity.”

The agent pretended to be a parent of an 11-year-old child and published a particular application in a public chat. The user, later identified in Simonca, contacted the agent on the view of the 11-year-old.
