The impact ripped him a few meters away, and he died on the spot. The incident took place on February 3, when Alok, a student in the 12th grade in a private school, stood next to his motorcycle, while his uncle, Yogesh Kumar, left for a short time.

In an apparent attempt to overtake another vehicle, the Skorpion turned to the wrong side of the road and collided directly with Alok, which stood near the motorcycle.

The collision caused that Alok was thrown onto the road, and the scorpion pulled his motorcycle for about 30 meters. The driver of the vehicle, who did not have any license plates at the front or back of the scorpion, escaped immediately after the accident, leaving Aloka in pain on the road.

Yogesh threw himself at the help of his nephew and managed to move him to a nearby hospital, where doctors announced him the deceased at his arrival.

In response to the formal complaint, Yogesz registered the case against an unknown driver and initiated the investigation. Photos from CCTV from the stage have been recovered, which can help identify the driver.
