Buena Park police run into each other – Orange County Register

Two Buena Park police officers were recovering after a collision in Anaheim.

Officers responded to the 300 block of North Dale Avenue in Anaheim around 9:20 p.m. on Monday, October 28.

According to reports from the scene, a suspect who was pursued by Buena Park officers from Buena Park to Anaheim was taken into custody in North Dale, but the suspect resisted arrest and began struggling with officers.

The arriving officers accelerated and collided with each other’s police cars, This was reported to ABC 7.

The officers were taken to hospital in unknown condition. According to ABC 7, the suspect was arrested and taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.

It was not immediately clear why officers began pursuing the suspect.
