John Doe claims Diddy attacked him when he was 10 years old

The latest sexual assault lawsuit to move against Sean “Diddy” Combs was filed by a John Doe whose allegations add to growing allegations that the mogul was a child predator behind closed doors.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in New York County Superior Court, stems from a statement issued earlier this month by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who said he represented 120 people – men and women – who claimed she was sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs.

Many of the alleged victims claimed to be minors at the time of the events. said the newest plaintiff, a man he was still a child when the alleged interaction occurred with Combs.

The lawsuit says that in 2005, when the plaintiff was just 10 years old, he met Combs during an audition. His parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York meetings and networking with other stars. However, on one occasion, Combs allegedly asked to meet the child privately in his hotel room. The lawsuit says Combs asked the plaintiff “how bad he wanted” to be a star.

One of Combs’ employees he gave the plaintiff a soda, which made him feel “funny” after drinking it.. The lawsuit alleges that Combs performed oral sex on him and threatened to hurt his parents if the child told them what happened. The lawsuit says he lost consciousness and he woke up with pain in his anus and buttocks. The plaintiff eventually told his parents, but the lawsuit says they also feared retaliation.

In addition to the federal sex crime charges, Combs is currently facing more than a dozen sexual assault lawsuits. He pleaded not guilty to the three charges against him and was denied bail three times. He is scheduled to appear in court in May 2025.
