Megan Thee Stallion sues the blogger and content creator Milagro Elizabeth Cooper for allegedly spreading lies about her on the Internet.

Megan, 29, filed the lawsuit in Florida on Wednesday, October 30. According to court documents obtained by “Nas” weekly.the rapper stated that Cooper, also known online as MilagroGramz, “continues to act on behalf of” Tory Lanez “spreading lies” about Megan to “tens of thousands of her social media followers.”

Most of Megan’s claims about Cooper’s conduct involve Lanez, 32, who was found guilty in December 2022 for shooting Megan in both feet in July 2020. Lanez was later sentenced to 10 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at the California State Penitentiary. He he appealed against the verdict in February.

Megan alleged that Cooper was “acting as a paid surrogate spreading” Lanez’s “lies” about Megan, including the “false rumor” that he was not actually the one who shot Megan.

“Cooper engaged in a public solicitation of (Lanez) intended to denigrate, belittle, insult and disseminate false statements about (Megan) on her online social media platforms solely to abuse, harass and punish (Megan) for her conviction ( Lanez) and to tarnish her reputation by causing emotional distress,” the lawsuit alleges.

The documents provide several examples of Cooper’s alleged conduct, including one on Sunday, Oct. 27, during which she allegedly “falsely claimed that the firearm (Lanez) used to shoot (Megan) was not produced at trial because it was missing.”

Megan’s legal team ensured that the firearm remained in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department, which Cooper “could have easily verified,” rather than spreading “lies about the fairness of the process.”

The lawsuit also includes screenshots of several tweets Cooper allegedly posted during Lanez’s 2022 trial, including one that read: “This entire case has taught everyone that your father, brother, cousin or son can face over 20 years in prison with no adequate evidence, a failed investigation, and another likely suspect just because unreliable witnesses said you did something.

The documents describe Cooper as “a known social media fraudster who traffics in false and sensational narratives.”

In addition to her claims about Lanez, Megan accused Cooper of sharing a “deeply fake pornographic video” of her in June.

“Cooper encouraged her 27,000 X followers to view X’s post by Bimbella, which shared a fake, artificially created video of (Megan) allegedly engaging in sexual activity without (Megan’s) knowledge or consent,” the lawsuit alleged.

Megan shared her thoughts on the lawsuit in a statement to: Us.
