A man stabbed to death outside an Alabama steakhouse has been identified, and the suspect is awaiting charges

Boaz police have identified the victim of a recent fatal stabbing in the Western Sizzlin parking lot.

The victim of the stabbing on Tuesday afternoon was Terfils Juste Saint, 38, of Albertville.

Police found Saint dead in the parking lot when they responded to the call someone was stabbed at 2:20 p.m that day, as previously reported by AL.com.

A suspicious man was also seen running away from the scene. After a short pursuit on foot, they detained the suspect, identified in this morning’s announcement as a 25-year-old man.

The suspect was transported to the Marshall County Jail to await arraignment.

Police say initial investigations indicate Saint and the suspect did not know each other, this was an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the public.
