A suspect has been charged after a dog attacked a woman in Aberdeenshire, leaving her in hospital.

A 34-year-old woman has been charged following an attack in the area of ​​Udny station, which occurred at approximately 4:10 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

As a result of the incident, the woman was taken to hospital for treatment.

On Thursday, January 9, 2025, a dog arrest warrant was executed at an address in the Cherry Row area of ​​Udny Station.

Police said a report would be submitted to the Tax Prosecutor.
