An Alberta man has died in a single-vehicle crash

One person was killed and three people were injured in a single-vehicle crash north of Bonnyville, Alta., late Thursday evening.

Mounties were called to a crash on Township Road 460, north of La Corey, just after 10:15 p.m.

A 61-year-old Bonnyville man died at the scene and three other people were taken to hospital.

“Preliminary investigation suggests impairment was the cause,” the RCMP said in a news release Friday.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Bonnyville is approximately 250 kilometers northeast of Edmonton.
