Sandhya Theater stampede case: Allu Arjun’s bail conditions relaxed and allowed to travel abroad

Actor Allu Arjun, who is one of the accused in the Sandhya theater stampede case, has received major relief from the Nampally court in Hyderabad.

Bail conditions are relaxed after the defense attorney’s hearing Pushpa 2: Principle As per reports, the star has sought exemption from reporting to the Chikkadaplally police station every Sunday, citing security reasons.

Allu Arjun he also received permission to travel abroad. The court’s decision was made a day before the actor’s planned appearance before the police.

The Telugu star was arrested last month in connection with panic at Sandhya theater in Hyderabad during the show of his latest release Pushpa 2: Principle December 4.

The actor’s visit to the theater reportedly sparked a large gathering of fans eager to see him. Overcrowding led to a tragic event in which a woman died and her son was seriously injured and has been in hospital ever since.

Allu Arjun was arrested by the police in connection with the case on December 14 and produced before the Nampally court, which sentenced him to 14 days judicial custody. Subsequently, the Telangana High Court granted the actor interim bail for four weeks on a personal bond of ₹50,000.

The actor received a regular bail in the case of January 13.

The Hyderabad police were also questioning Allu Arjun in this case. The police are likely to move the court challenging Allu Arjun’s bail, maintaining that the actor was asked to leave the Sandhya Theater on December 4 but he refused, leading to panic. Allu Arjun has been named as ‘accused no. 11’ in the case.

Earlier this week, the actor met the boy, who is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was joined by Telangana State Film Development Corporation (FDC) chairman Dil Raju during the visit.
