A note was found in which the former judge committed suicide

Retired judge RK Kashyap (73) of Panchkula, whose body was found on railway tracks near Shahabad in Kurukshetra, left a note stating that he alone was responsible for his death, the Government Railway Police (GRP) confirmed today.

Kashyap, a resident of Sector 27, Panchkula, went missing on Thursday morning after going for a regular walk to the herbal park in Sector 26. His son Nipun Kashyap lodged a missing person complaint at Chandimandir police station when he did not return home. GRP initiated an investigation into this matter.
