Authorities say a New Jersey police officer sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl and gave her alcohol

A policeman from Śródmieście accused of sexual assault According to prosecutors, the 17-year-old approached her many times during the course of four months while performing her duties and also gave her alcohol.

Justin R. Skelly, 25, of Middletown’s Port Monmouth section, is charged with sexual assault and child endangerment.

According to an affidavit filed in support of the charges, Skelly “engaged in communications of a sexual nature” and committed sexual assault between Aug. 12 and Dec. 7.
