A car accident is blocking the on-ramp lane in Lexington

Lexington, SC (WOLO) – The Lexington Police Department is asking drivers to take their time while clearing the scene of a crash that is blocking the road. According to the police, there was a car collision just after 8:30 p.m. Authorities say the crash is blocking the on-ramp lane at the intersection of Mineral Springs and Sunset Boulevard.

If you intend to travel through the area, police are asking you to remain vigilant while emergency services continue to work to clear the scene of the accident.

There are no reports of injuries related to the collision this evening.
