2 people dead, 4 injured in shooting at Halloween party in Northglenn | Crime and justice

Two people are dead and five injured following a shooting that occurred early Friday morning at 200 Belford Drive near Bruce Lane in Northglenn.

Officers from the Northglenn Police Department responded to a home after a reported shooting just after midnight.

“They discovered a large house party where multiple people were injured by gunfire,” a police news release said Friday morning.

Police said that upon arrival, officers found 20 to 25 people still inside the house where a Halloween party was being held, and one person was confirmed dead in the shooting. Police said the second victim later died at the hospital.

Five other victims were taken to local hospitals, police said.

Police say multiple suspects were involved in the shooting and are trying to identify suspects. No arrests have been made at this time.
