The prisoner of the Washoe Function dies after the battle with a chronic disease

Reno, Nev. (Kolo) – The prisoner in the prison of Washoe died after the fight against a chronic disease.

The prisoner was taken to the local hospital on November 8 to receive care for a chronic disease. Later, they stayed during long -term hospice care before death in the early morning hours on Tuesday, February 11.

The investigation in the matter of death will now be conducted by the office of the Washoe Fountain Sheriff and the Office of the Regional Medical Examiner of Washoe.

The name of the prisoner will be issued in anticipation of notification about the closest relative.

The prisoner was reserved in the prison of Washoe’s Ferry on July 5, 2024, with existing diseases, including a chronic disease for which they received treatment in custody.
