On Friday, kids from Lakeview Christian Academy are learning about budgeting at a Reality Fair

It’s never too early to start learning how to budget.

On Friday, Lakeview Christian Academy students took a crash course in Reality Fair.

It was created by Northern Communities Credit Union, Lutheran Social Service and the new nonprofit organization IET (Ignite, Empower, Transform).

Children are assigned a profession, salary and family life. They then have to manage their expenses for things like transportation and housing.
