Murderous attack on two people after a dispute over the purchase of cannabis

Two men suffered serious injuries after being attacked by more than half a dozen people over an alleged dispute over the purchase of Ganja (cannabis) late on Thursday evening; According to reports, the condition of one of the men is critical and the other is stable.

There was a sensation in the Talaiya area on Thursday at 3 p.m. after two friends were attacked by 6 miscreants.

The condition of one of the young people injured in the attack is very critical. The second one has serious injuries to his face and neck, but his condition is stable. Both were taken to hospital for treatment. After receiving information from the hospital, the police initiated proceedings against the perpetrators.

SI S Kakodiya said that two friends named Parvez alias Salman Khan and Aamir Pasha live in Ashoka Garden. The two came to Itwara to smoke cigarettes around 3 a.m. They were standing behind the police station when Som Kuchbandiya and Tilak, who were present there, asked them the reason why they were standing there. They both said that they were just standing there and Som and Tilak started arguing with them. The matter turned into a fight.

The fight turned violent when the accused attacked both victims with a sharp-edged weapon. Their other friends Kunal and Shiva Kuchbandiya along with others also attacked both the youths with weapons. Parvez and Aamir were seriously injured in this attack. Aamir’s condition remains critical. He has serious wounds on his head, stomach, chest and hands. He is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Malipur.

A police officer from Talaiya police station said that residents of Kuchbandiya community were selling ganja behind the police station. The two young men came late at night with the intention of buying ganja. Som Kuchbandiya took money from them for ganja but did not give ganja. There was a dispute on this point. Later, Som and his associates attacked with weapons.

It was found that during the quarrel, Tilak from the other side was also injured in his hand with a sharp instrument. Police say an investigation is ongoing into the matter. Further action will be taken after investigation. An FIR is currently being registered based on Parvez’s complaint.

Accused Tilak is in police custody and it is alleged that he was also stabbed in his hand during the argument. The accused are Aamir and Parvez.

Prime accused Siva’s mother Sheela said that at midnight, both the youths came behind the Itwara police chowki to buy ganja. Shiva and his companions demanded ganja. When they refused, the parcel was forcibly taken away, a dispute broke out and a fight broke out between both parties. A youth named Aamir was seriously injured in this attack.

Parvez said he tried to intervene during the dispute, but when he was attacked with a sharp object near his ear, he fled to find shelter and save his life. Aamir entered a nearby house to save his life. From there, the police were called and Aamir was handed over to them.

The police took him to hospital. Aamir’s brother Imran said he received information about the attack from the hospital in the morning. The cause of the dispute is unknown.
