Authorities say a father kills his daughter’s ex-boyfriend after threatening to release nude photos of her

LONGVIEW, Texas. (KLTV/Gray News) – A 42-year-old Texas man was sentenced after he killed a man for allegedly threatening to release nude photos of his stepdaughter, authorities say.

In 2015, a deputy was called to his vehicle in a ravine in the area of Old Highway 135 and Smallwood Road in Liberty City

That’s where investigators found John Allen Franco in his truck with a single gunshot wound to the upper left side of his head.

According to the witness, 42-year-old Jessie Clifford Brown and two other men pulled up next to them.

That’s when Brown allegedly got out of his car and shot Franco through the driver’s side window.

The witness told the investigator that Brown wanted to attack the ex-boyfriend because he was threatening to show nude photos of his stepdaughter.

On Friday, after three hours of deliberation, the jury found Brown guilty of murder. He was sentenced to 40 years, – KLTV reported.

Brown must also pay $10,000 for Franco’s murder.
