Richmond Hill man charged with committing an indecent act – CP24

A 36-year-old man was charged with committing an indecent act at a business in Richmond Hill earlier this year.

York Regional Police said the victim went to a nearby property Silver Linden Drive and High Tech RoadMay 10 west of Bayview Avenue and saw a man standing “unusually” close to her.

“When the victim turned to face the man, he was observed to have his genitals exposed while engaging in sexual activity.” police say.

The victim immediately fled. On Friday, police announced that a suspect identified as Richmond Hill resident Irani Anaraki had been arrested this week.

He was charged with indecent counting.
