Multi-vehicle crash closes road in York County

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A section of U.S. 30 in York County is closed Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash.

According to PennDOT, the crash occurred at 6:30 a.m. on eastbound U.S. 30 between Sherman Street and North Hills Road. All lanes are currently closed and traffic is increasing in this area.

Photos from the scene show multiple crews blocking the intersection of Sherman Street and North Hills Road. The services say that traffic should reopen around 8:00

The extent of the damage is unknown at this time.
