Latest lawsuits accuse Diddy of sexually assaulting minors –

Two additional lawsuits were filed by men who said they were minors at the time of the alleged sexual assault

Following through on his threat to file multiple lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs, attorney Tony Buzbee has filed two additional lawsuits men who declared that they were minors during an alleged sexual assault by an entertainment mogul.

According to CNNthe latest documents filed against Diddy were prepared anonymously by two men, one of whom claimed he was 10 years old at the time of the alleged assaults, the victims interrogated him. The worried executive denied the latest allegations. This civil lawsuit brings the total number of cases to 27 so far.

In one lawsuit, John Doe claimed he auditioned for the role of Diddy in 2005 at a New York hotel. He alleges that the tycoon added drugs to his drink. He claims he was forced to perform oral sex on Diddy after he resisted him. After losing consciousness, he later woke up with tears in his eyes, his pants unzipped and pain in his private parts.

In the second filing, the second John Doe stated that he was 17 years old when he appeared for a three-day audition for the MTV show around 2008 Creating a team. On the first day of the hearing, speaking to Diddy in a one-on-one interview, he said, “Combs asked the plaintiff hypothetical questions about how to handle situations involving sexual pressure.”

“As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault plaintiff by touching him both above and under his clothes, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing plaintiff to undress,” the lawsuit states.

On the second day of interrogations, Combs allegedly told the 17-year-old alleged victim that she had to strip “to demonstrate that she could impersonate a ‘sex idol’.”

“This encounter ultimately escalated into Combs forcing plaintiff to perform oral sex and Combs sodomizing plaintiff.”

The very next day, the victim claimed that she experienced sexual violence not only from Diddy, but also from his bodyguard.

“As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that appear ridiculous or patently false,” Combs’ lawyers said in part in a written statement.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never committed sexual assault or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Diddy is currently being held on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and his trial was tentatively scheduled for May 2025.
