The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is reporting on the case

• The attack on Cannon Street in Rockwell reportedly occurred around noon on October 27.

• A theft causing property damage on West Ritchie Road reportedly occurred between 3:30 a.m. and 7:38 a.m. on Oct. 28.

• A theft at a property on Country Lane is reported to have occurred between 6.30pm on October 26 and 7.46pm on October 28.

• The attack on ENC Hwy 152 reportedly occurred on October 28 at 10:15 p.m.

• Lynn Ray Davis, 44, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling in connection with a controlled substance, trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute, possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of trafficking cocaine and two counts of possession of a stolen firearm.

• Stephen Lowell Fouts was arrested on October 27 and charged with domestic violence and interfering with emergency communications.

• David Lee Talbert, 52, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with assault on a female and making threats.

•Brittany Nicole Tiernan, 33, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and probation violation.

•Brian Demetries Leach, 46, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with assault by strangulation.

• Paul Wiedenmann, 54, was arrested on October 28 and charged with fugitive from justice.

• David Wayne Mize, 56, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of up to 1/2 ounce of a Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, littering between 15 and 500 pounds and failure to appear.

Salisbury police report

•Sarah Tonnette Fleming, 45, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with simple assault.

• Baiden Leroy Suddarth, 22, was arrested on October 29 and charged with theft.
