A collision between two trucks, one of which police said was stolen, closed part of First Avenue South in Fort Dodge Wednesday afternoon. Police Chief Dennis Quinn said the Ram flatbed truck in the foreground was stolen shortly before the crash. He said he collided with an eastbound GMC pickup truck, but no one was injured. The driver of the Rama was arrested after a short foot pursuit. The accident occurred around 3:15 p.m. Fort Dodge police were investigating the incident Wednesday evening. First Avenue South between 19th Street and the Albert Habhab Veterans Memorial Bridge was closed to traffic while police and firefighters responded to the scene.
