Police are looking for someone who allegedly broke into multiple homes in Reston, Virginia

RESton, Virginia (7News) — According to the Fairfax County Police Department, police are looking for someone who broke into multiple homes in Reston, Virginia.

On Oct. 2, officials said they went to a home in the 12000 block of Edgemere Circle on a report of a burglary. A homeowner told police that a person broke into his home over the weekend and stole his property, officials said.

Detectives said they began looking around the area for the person responsible. During the investigation, officials determined that the same person was involved in multiple home burglaries that occurred between September 28 and 29.

Detectives have released the following photos of a person allegedly linked to the burglaries.
