Arnold Schwarzenegger thanks fans who “disagree” with his election as president

Arnold Schwarzenegger responded to those with whom they “respectfully” disagree his support for the president.

The Hollywood movie star and former governor of California expressed his support for the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris Before US presidential elections, which will take place on November 4 – a surprising decision considering that he is a former Republican politician.

He will divide, he will insult, he will find new ways to be more un-American than he already has been, and we the people will get nothing but more anger.”

He continued, “That’s reason enough for me to share my voice with you all. I want to move forward as a country, and while I have many disagreements about their platform, I think the only way to do that is to work with Harris and Walz. Vote this week. Switch sides and leave this garbage behind us.

After Schwarzenegger shared his support, many social media users who won’t be voting for Harris posted their appreciation for the actor’s balanced explanation of his political views.

One voter wrote: “I love you Arnie, I don’t agree with your choice at all, but that’s the beauty of being reasonable, objective and open to discussion. We can all get along and develop. This is what a republic should strive for.” To which Schwarzenegger replied: “In this country we are supposed to disagree with each other. Thank you.”

Schwarzenegger, in response to another voter who said, “I don’t agree with him politically, but I still respect the man,” wrote: “We don’t have to agree on everything, but I want to thank you for showing that we can respectfully disagree.” “
