Penn Yan man charged with disorderly conduct after yelling at a local business

Police charged a Penn Yan resident with disorderly conduct following an Oct. 23 incident in which he allegedly caused a disturbance at a local business.

Collin D. Lackey, 27, was arrested Oct. 25 after he reportedly yelled at another person at a business on Lake Street.

Lackey was issued a criminal summons and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan County Court at a later date to answer to the disorderly conduct charge.
