Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and five other states ended early in-person voting on Friday

Early in-person voting will end on Friday in eight states, including: three main battlefield states, as we are just four days away from election day.

States where early voting will end include battleground states Arizona, Georgia and Nevada, as well as Idaho, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Texas and Utah.

Key down-ballot races in today’s states

• Arizona’s First District: The district covers the northeastern portion of Maricopa and is represented by Republican David Schweikert, who has served Arizona in Congress since 2011. Arizona is one of the most competitive states this cycle

President Biden won a decisive victory in Arizona in the last presidential election, turning the state toward Democrats for the first time since 1996.

Georgia is one of the most competitive states in this cycle

Over the past four decades, Georgia has voted Republican in all but two elections. The first was former President Clinton’s landslide victory in 1992, and the second was 2020, when Biden returned the state to the Democrats by a majority of 11,779 votes.
