Stabbing in North York leaves 1 injured; woman in custody

Toronto police say one woman is in custody following a stabbing in North York on Thursday evening.

The incident happened at an apartment building near Jane Street and Wilson Avenue around 11:30 p.m

Police say emergency services were called to the scene for a report of a stabbing, which discovered a man with non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

According to the police, one woman was arrested at the scene. It is unclear what charges she will face.
