Police arrested William Frederick Seekins, 39, on charges of terroristic threats and second-degree assault after receiving a report at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday of a man brandishing a knife, chasing people and shouting at drivers at 820 Happy Trails Lane.

1 arrested on local warrant

Police arrested Bernardeno Hugo Teran-Cortes, 41, on a local warrant at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

1 person arrested for domestic violence

Police arrested 22-year-old Wyatt Gregory Reed for domestic assault at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday at 1328 St. John Ave.

Flat tires on the vehicle

A vehicle was reported to have flat tires at 2200 Riverland Drive on Wednesday at 1:24 p.m.

Pity reported

On Wednesday at 1:53 p.m., police responded to a report of a long-pole truck destroying at least two power lines on West Clark Street.

Thefts have been reported

Police responded at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a bicycle being stolen at 1000 E. Hawthorne St. the day before around 1:10 a.m

A phone was reported stolen at 1729 W. Main St. Wednesday at 4:32 p.m.

A Harley-Davidson jacket was reported stolen at 421 1/2 W. College St. on Wednesday at 4:53 p.m.

1 person arrested for domestic violence

Police arrested Isaul R. Rios, 27, on suspicion of domestic assault at 6:19 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

Mail reported stolen, items missing

Police responded at 10:52 a.m. Thursday to a report of mail theft and items missing from a vehicle at 1501 Seath Drive.

Juvenile charged with e-cigarette

Police cited a juvenile for possessing an e-cigarette device on school property at 12:15 a.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

Shoplifter reported

Police responded at 11:53 p.m. Thursday to a report of a shoplifter at 2751 E. Main St. The person entered the store and the merchandise was returned.
