Juliana Gobbi faces several charges.

A Massachusetts woman was arrested in New Hampshire on Wednesday after allegedly refusing to stop for police and driving her motorcycle at speeds exceeding 120 mph.

At 8:30 a.m. that day, police received a report of a white motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed that “passed other vehicles in an unsafe manner” while traveling north on Interstate 93 in Concord. – according to a statement from the New Hampshire State Police.

State troopers attempted to stop the motorcyclist, later identified as 18-year-old Juliana R. Gobbi of Brockton, Mass., near Exit 23, but Gobbi did not stop and accelerated to speeds of more than 120 mph, authorities said.

The statement said troopers lost track of Gobbi and “called off the pursuit.”

Shortly thereafter, Gobbi was allegedly seen speeding in the northbound lanes of I-93 in Ashland and again in Campton, where she exited the interstate at Exit 28, officials said.

Officers then saw her at a gas station on Route 49 and attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop, but Gobbi allegedly tried to escape a second time.

This time, when Gobbi tried to flee from police, she allegedly drove at “low speed” into the front of a stopped State Police cruiser and “lost control.” Police reported that she was not injured.

Authorities said Gobbi was arrested and charged with dangerous driving, disobeying a police officer and criminal conduct. She was released on bail and ordered to appear at Plymouth District Court on December 16.
