Dave Grohl is ‘no longer working’ with divorce lawyer after secret baby scandal

Dave Grohl dumped the divorce lawyer he reportedly hired before confessing he cheated on his wife and secretly welcomed a child with a mystery woman.

The Foo Fighters frontman (55) “is no longer working with a divorce lawyer and is instead hoping to reach an agreement with his wife,” says the insider he told People on Friday.

Grohl is allegedly fighting to maintain his marriage to Jordyn Blum, 48, and his family amid the baby scandal.

A second source said the “Times Like These” singer “loves his family” and “prioritizes” his wife and three children – daughters Purple18, Harper – 15 and Ophelia – 10 – after admitting in September that welcomed her fourth child out of wedlock.

“He knows he screwed up. It’s one of those situations where you don’t realize what you have until you’re in danger of losing it. He doesn’t want to lose his family,” the informant explained.

The Post has reached out to Grohl’s representative for comment.

Grohl shocked the world with his announcement his infidelity that produced a secret childbut the rocker promised that he and Blum – whom he married in 2003 – “will move forward together.”

However, both Grohl and Blum were seen without wedding rings after the news spread.

“I recently became the father of a daughter who was born outside my marriage,” said the rocker via Instagram September 10. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children and I am doing everything in my power to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

“We are grateful for your concern for all the children involved as we move forward together,” Grohl concluded.

The rocker has not revealed the identity of the mother of his newest child. His representative told The Post at the time that he would not be making any additional statements about the scandal.

Grohl was rarely seen after his testimony, cancellation of Foo Fighters’ September headliner concert at the Soundside Music Festival a few days before the concert.

His wife did not comment on the scandal; however, her relationship with her tennis coach made headlines after the Daily Mail claimed that Grohl was “jealous” of their “flirtatious” relationship.

But a source with direct knowledge he told The Post.“There’s nothing wrong with her tennis instructor.”

They insisted, “He’s married and his wife is Jordyn’s friend.”

The insider claimed further Blum’s colleagues “feel sorry” for heradding that some believe she may have known about his infidelity long before he confessed the truth.

Grohl and Blum said “I do” in their Los Angeles home 21 years ago. The couple dated for two years before tying the knot.
