Leavenworth man convicted of making threats with a deadly weapon

LANSING, Kan. (KCTV) – A man previously convicted of assault with a deadly weapon has now been convicted of making criminal threats with a deadly weapon.

Noah Sanchez, 27, was convicted again this week of possessing a firearm. In December 2023, Sanchez went to the victim’s home and started banging on the door.

Court documents say that when the victim refused to open the door for him, he threatened to shoot into her apartment while holding a gun.
