France’s fight against drug-related violence has reached a “critical point” after a bloody shooting that left one teenager seriously wounded and four others injured, Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau said on Friday. Police were called around 10:45 p.m. (21:45 GMT) on Thursday evening in response to shots fired outside a restaurant in the working-class Poitiers district in the city’s west, a security source said.
