2025 wide receiver Donovan Murph announces top 12 schools

2025 wide receiver Donovan Murph announces top 12 schools

Tennessee is targeting an uncommitted wide receiver for 2025. That wide receiver is Donovan Murph.

Murph is currently a four-star uncommitted wide receiver from South Carolina State. The talented winger was reclassified from 2026 to 2025 and became a target for the Vols and many others.

The Irmo High School athlete cleared a top 12 school list that included many high-level programs, including the Vols.

Below are the following schools that ranked in the top 12 for talented wide receivers.

The Vols do not appear to be favorites to land the four-star winger. Currently, from the outside looking in, South Carolina still looks like the frontrunner as signing day approaches in early December.

Tennessee will only look to add a few more players in a 2025 class that already has 24 commits. The main focus has been on the 2026 class, but anytime the Vols are in Murph’s top 12, something could spark.

The Vols’ best pitch for the winger was already put to use when he officially visited Tennessee for the Alabama game, which included a number of 2025 targets.
