Former Obama fundraiser Don Peebles compared Vice President Kamala Harris to the former president on Saturday, saying Obama inspires and represents change in America while Harris is just another candidate to maintain the status quo.

The real estate entrepreneur also made a prediction about Trump and the 2024 race: “If this is a policy race, he will win, hands down… I see him winning. I look at all these numbers and see him winning.”

Peebles commented on Fox News”Neil Cavuto Liveon Saturday, explaining that Harris simply doesn’t have the factor that made the 44th president one of the most popular political figures in modern American history.

“Harris rather represents the status quo. She’s not charismatic, she’s not very committed and she can’t stick to the message,” he said, calling her a “total contrast” to Obama.

Peebles, founder and CEO of Peebles Corporation, described the former president as an “inspiring figure” with a “great personality.”

“He was very charismatic, extremely intelligent and very disciplined. And it represented a dramatic change. “Harris rather represents the status quo,” former President Obama said.

Peebles also pointed out that Harris has been part of the Biden administration for almost four years, adding that she is not the breath of fresh air that Obama was when he entered the picture.

Cavuto then asked Peebles what was behind the major Democratic figures in the huge blue areas Governor Gavin Newsom, California.and New York Mayor Eric Adams – are losing support among their voters.

“Voters in these Democratic cities have lost patience, and they are losing African American voters, especially African American voters,” the CEO said.

He continued. “Look at the liberal stronghold of Boston, Massachusetts. The average net worth of a white household is $215,000. For an African-American household, it’s $11,000 – 20 times higher in terms of disparity.”

“Jobs and economic growth are not working, and public safety and quality of life – you look at these cities and you can see the quality of life is deteriorating,” Peebles said, adding: “And we’re back to liking the ’90s, and voters across all demographics are losing patience. “.

The Fox News Channel host then asked Peebles what he thought of Harris advantage over female votersalthough he replied that he believed Harris’s lead among them was smaller than reported.

“Well, first of all, I don’t think Harris’ lead is as strong as it shows because I think people – women – made women feel uncomfortable by saying they wouldn’t vote for her because she would be the second woman… “She is the second woman nominated by the Democratic Party for president and another chance to become president.”

He also expressed his belief that men “probably don’t support Trump” because they want to avoid being lectured by the Democratic Party.

Near the end of the segment, Peebles stated that he believes Trump’s economic policies are “much better than Harris’s,” noting that “we don’t know enough” about her policies to “make an informed decision.”

He concluded by predicting a Trump victory next week: “If this is a policy race, he will win, hands down. If it’s a race about personality and who’s less likable, it’s going to be a tighter race. But I see him winning. I look at all these numbers and see him winning.”
