“We need a president who will work for all of us.”

Harrison Ford approved Kamala Harris AND Tim Walz. In two clips, he explained why, after “64 years,” he decided to tell “people I’ve never met who I’m voting for and why” in this election.

He says this is the first time he has endorsed the president. In one recording, he explains that while he does not agree with every policy, he says: “These two people believe in the rule of law. They believe in science. They believe that when you govern, you do it for all Americans, they believe that we are in this together. These are the ideas I believe in. These are people I can stand behind.”

Meanwhile, he says of Trump: “He spent four years pitting us against each other while embracing dictators and tyrants around the world. This is not who we are. We don’t have to make America great again. Hurry up. We are great. All we need is to work together again. We just need a president who will work for all of us again.”

In the second video, Ford talks about how even former members of the Trump administration are not voting for him. “When dozens of former members of the Trump administration sound the alarm and say, ‘For God’s sake, don’t do this again,’ you have to be careful. They tell us something important.” He points out that for many of them, this will be the first time they haven’t voted Republican because they know it really matters,” he says.

“Kamala Harris will protect your right to disagree with her on policies and ideas,” he continued. “And then, as we have done for centuries, we will discuss them, work on them together, and move on.

“The other guy demands unquestioning loyalty, claims he wants revenge. I’m Harrison Ford. I have one vote, just like everyone else, and I intend to use it to move forward. I’m going to vote for Kamala Harris.”
