Man injured in stabbing in south Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Wichita man was taken to the hospital after he was stabbed by an unknown suspect on Sunday night.

The Wichita Police Department said officers responded to a stabbing around 1:20 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Green, near Harry and George Washington Blvd. Upon arrival, officers found a 32-year-old man with a non-life-threatening stab wound.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

WPD said they have not yet identified a suspect and the incident is still under investigation.
