Chicago crime: 15-year-old boy charged with kidnapping man at gunpoint in Bronzeville

CHICAGO – A 15-year-old boy has been arrested almost a month after he was allegedly abducted at gunpoint Bronzeville.

The teenager is charged with one felony count of hijacking a vehicle while using a firearm.

The incident occurred on October 13 in the 0-100 block of East 51st Street, where the boy and others allegedly stole a car from a 26-year-old man at gunpoint.

Authorities arrested the teenager Wednesday at 4300 West Flournoy Street.
