Authorities are looking for a missing girl whose mother allegedly gave her up to a drug dealer

MOORE, Okla. (KOCO) – Authorities have finally identified the child at the heart of a disturbing missing persons case from Moore, Oklahoma.

The police only managed to find a photo of the girl when she was 1 or 2 years old.

Officers with the Moore Police Department say London Kerr would now be 5 years old. She was last seen in April 2022.

The child’s mother, Ashley Rowland, allegedly gave the girl to a man named Carlos who was selling methamphetamine.

Rowland said the man may be in Mexico.

Officers said they had been searching London for weeks, going through several properties, warehouses and electronic devices, trying to find the girl’s birth certificate, National Insurance card, clothes or anything else that might lead them to her.

After weeks of searching, nothing was found except two photos.

Now police are asking OSBI to help with the investigation. London was also entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing person.
