RHOA’s Porsha Williams wins legally over ex Simon Guobadia: Excl

Porsha Williams has scored another legal victory against her ex Szymon Guobadia.

According to documents obtained by “Nas” weekly.A Georgia state court in Fulton County granted Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, “temporary, sole and exclusive possession, use and occupation” of her and Guobadia’s common residence.

The order included allowing Williams to have “unrestricted rights to film and produce television, motion picture or social media content” at the facility. The documents also said Guobadia, 60, “will prepare all documents necessary to facilitate.”

Guobadia and Williams have been at odds since the reality star’s time he filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. This isn’t Williams’ first legal victory in divorce proceedings.

Earlier this year, Williams alleged in court documents obtained by Radar Online in March that Guobadia changed the locks at their Atlanta residence. Although she eventually managed to enter the house through a side gate, Williams claimed it was “vindictive and retaliatory” towards her because she wanted to “divorce him”.

Williams and Guobadia signed a prenup ahead of their 2022 wedding. The goal of the agreement was to “avoid contentious and costly legal proceedings, including a costly and potentially invasive discovery process” in the event of a divorce, according to documents obtained by Us then.
