Man charged with public indecency for indecent exposure in Litchfield

LITCHFIELD, Conn. (WFSB) – A man was arrested for exposing himself in a vehicle in Litchfield, according to state police.

Police identified the suspect as Kasey Creighton, 25, of Morris.

State police said they responded to a business in Litchfield on Nov. 22 around 7:10 p.m.

When officers arrived, they spoke to the person who called them. A person reported that while returning his shopping cart, the driver of a silver BMW drove past him.

The person said the driver exposed himself in a lewd manner.

The person immediately called the police.

Troopers said they searched the area but did not find the BMW.

During the course of the investigation, state police said they identified Creighton as the suspect.

They said he was known to them from previous incidents.

The police went to his house and talked to him.

They claim Creighton admitted exposing himself in the business parking lot earlier in the day.

He was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.

He was released on $5,000 bail and a court date was set for Wednesday in Torrington.
