Noida woman plans murder of 21-year-old man after he refuses to marry her | Latest India News

A woman in Noida allegedly tried to kill a 21-year-old youth, whom she had recently befriended on social media, for refusing to marry her, police said on Wednesday.

The man was treated in hospital after she allegedly spiked his drink and persuaded two of her accomplices to kill him with a sharp weapon, he added.

Rabupura police station inspector Raghavendra Kumar Singh said that on Tuesday evening, Hansraj, a resident of Ronija village, filed a report that his son Dheeraj (21), a BCom student, received a call from Priya on the morning of December 24, asking him to meet him. .

Hansraj said that about six months ago, Priya and his son became friends through social media, after which she came to Greater Noida.

The complainant alleged that his son was traveling with Priya in the car when she added fruit juice to him and made Dheeraj drink it. Then she called two friends and tried kill he said he used a sharp weapon.

Hansraj said some people identified his son when they saw him unconscious in the car and informed the police.

According to the report, Dheeraj was admitted to Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida for treatment, where he is undergoing treatment.

The station manager said that based on the complaint, a case, including attempt to murder, has been registered against Priya and her unknown friends from various departments and the investigation is on.
